Some PWCS elementary or middle schools are hosting graduation walk celebrations for seniors. Please check below to see if the school(s) you attended for 5th and/or 8th grade are listed. Details will be updated as we receive information.

Decorate your Graduation Cap- Sketch Approval - DUE May 22nd
Make your graduation cap unique to you and your experiences by decorating the top of it! You will need to submit a sketch on this form in order to receive approval for your design. See the guidelines below to keep in mind as you plan:
- Must be school appropriate
- Must not be offensive to an individual or group
- No profanity
- No references to sex, drugs, or alcohol
- No gang symbols or signage
- No hanging objects or objects higher than 1/4"
- No politics
SKETCHES ARE DUE BY May 22nd!!!!
You will receive an email with approval once your design has been uploaded to this form. Please provide any translation of quotes details. If you have uploaded a sketch and not received an email please reach out to Mrs. Nash or Ms. Hope.
If you are interested in having a senior brick, please complete this form. Bricks are $5 if you want to paint your own or $10 if you want SALC to paint it for you. Money can be turned in on Fridays to the SALC during 1st and 2nd blocks.
Prom
The Junior Class of Unity Reed invites you to "Golden Hour Prom Night."
Friday, April 5th from 7PM - 11PM at the Sweeney Barn, 9310 Discovery Blvd, Manassas, VA 20109.
Ticket sales start March 12th and end April 4th. Tickets are $40 if purchased between March 12th - 15th. Tickets are $50 if purchased March 18th - 22nd or April 1st - 4th.

Senior Class Trip
Seniors will be going to Busch Gardens for the day. On April 26th the senior class will be going to Busch Gardens for the day. Tickets are only $65; permission slips can be received from all lunches outside of the 1st-floor cafeteria or see Ms. Johnson, classroom (1205).

** There is no charge to have the photos taken for the yearbook.
The attire for the school’s yearbook pose will be in the traditional Tuxedos and Drapes, or you can provide your own formal attire in black. We will provide the Tuxedo and Drapes. In addition to the yearbook session, we also offer sessions that include casual/personality portraits and cap and gown portraits.

Election Day is November 7th
Election Day is November 7th. Students who are citizens and 18 years old on, or before November 7th can vote in this important local election. Students must know their full social security number if they wish to register. Students can register online if they have a driver's license by going to pwcvotes.org
After October 16, the students can do "same day register and vote" which will have to be done by filling out the registration paperwork at the poll location and must have proper ID. Then they will get a provisional ballot to use for voting and after the registration has cleared the Election Office, their ballot will be counted.

Field Hockey Excels
Special thanks to Adele Jackson, Brentsville District School Board, for supporting our six senior field hockey athletes all with a 4.0 GPA or higher. Congratulations to this great group!
Class of 2024 Students and Parents/Guardians,
The Unity Reed high School Counseling Deparment will host a Senior Information Breakfast Program for students and parents/guardians on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 9-10:30 a.m. in the first floor cafeteria. Pre-regisration is not required to attend, but we ask you to please RSVP by September 26 to help us plan for food.

- College planning: application, Naviance student, transcript process, letters of recommendation, etc.
- Military: pathways to join
- Employment: resumes, interviews, career fairs, job training
